Terms of service

VillaBooking is a software service that provides villa and apartment rental businesses with a website, booking management and related modules on a monthly or yearly subscription.

A subscription covers the periodic fee of the chosen plan and add-ons. Prices are shown excluding VAT at checkout; VAT is added for customers in Türkiye.

If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged. Plan upgrades during a period are billed pro rata for the rest of the period; downgrades and removing modules take effect at period end.

If a payment cannot be collected we first warn you, then make the panel read-only, then suspend; your data is not deleted during this process. After cancellation you have 30 days to export.

Payments you take from your guests go straight to your own payment-provider account; VillaBooking does not intermediate them.
