Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and nothing is charged for the next.

No charge if you cancel during the trial. There are no partial refunds for a period that has started; one-off services such as setup, migration and custom design are not refundable once work has begun.

Erroneous or duplicate charges are refunded; open a support ticket.
