Questions you may have
Is there a trial?+
Yes. Plans include a 14-day trial; you save your card and if you cancel before it ends you are not charged.
Where do my guests’ payments go?+
Straight to your own payment-provider account. VillaBooking does not handle guest payments; we only collect our own subscription fee.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes. You start with an address like yourname.villabooking.com; when you connect your own domain from the panel, your site runs on it.
What if I outgrow my plan?+
You are warned as you approach the limit. At the limit new properties cannot be added, but your data and live site are unaffected; upgrade your plan or add a +10 properties pack.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. For 30 days after cancelling you can export your data; after that it is deleted permanently.
Do you issue invoices?+
An invoice is issued for every payment. Enter your billing details in your account; VAT applies to customers in Türkiye.
Can you set it up for us?+
If you like. The “Setup service” configures payments, e-mail, SMS and your domain for you; “Data migration” brings your existing villas into the system.
