Every booking gets a contract, signed before the money moves.
Contracts are generated for each reservation from your templates and frozen once signed. Guests sign with a one-time code out of the box, or you can connect Dropbox Sign, DocuSign or SignatureAPI and have them sign through your own e-signature account.

Contracts that write themselves
Your templates use placeholders for the stay, the money, the parties and your cancellation policy. When a reservation reaches payment, the contract is rendered, hashed and sent. Where law requires a binding language, both texts are rendered and both hashes are recorded.

Built-in signing, no extra cost
The guest reads the contract, accepts the notice that a dated stay has no withdrawal right and confirms with a one-time code sent to their verified phone or e-mail. The exact text they saw is tied to the signature by its hash.

Or sign through your own e-signature account
Connect Dropbox Sign, DocuSign or SignatureAPI in Settings → Digital Contract, choose it as your signing method, and guests are invited by e-mail from that service. When they sign, the signed copy comes back to the reservation and the booking moves on, exactly as with built-in signing.

Which e-signature services are supported?+
Dropbox Sign, DocuSign and SignatureAPI. Each is a separate optional module and uses your own account with that service. Test or sandbox accounts produce signatures that are not legally binding; use a live account for real contracts.
Is the built-in signing legally valid?+
It records a click-to-accept with a one-time code, the exact text hash, time and channel, which is the evidence used for distance contracts. Whether it is sufficient for your situation depends on your jurisdiction; third-party e-signature is there for those who want a recognised provider.
